Clúid, Ireland’s leading Approved Housing Body (AHB), delivered 1,525 new social and Cost Rental homes across the country in 2024 - including 50 in Kilkenny.
This marks Clúid’s most successful year, in terms of delivery of new homes, in its 30-year history.
Housing developments in Kilkenny include properties in Cluain Glasan and Nyne Park, in the city.
As of 1 July 2025, Clúid manages more than 13,000 homes across every county in Ireland and has nearly 33,000 residents.
