The death has occurred of Bridget Forristal (née Boyle)
Gowran Road, Bennettsbridge, Kilkenny, R95 V5R7
Bridget passed away on 2nd July 2023, peacefully at St. Luke's Hospital. Beloved wife of John and much loved mother of Declan, Danela and Melvina. Bridget will be sadly missed by her husband and family, brother Luke, sisters Liz and Nancy, grandchildren Sarah, Ellie, Jack and Ned, in-laws Rosanne and James, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May Bridget Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home (R95 V5R7) on Tuesday (4th July) from 3pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6.30pm.
House private at all other times please.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 11am in St Bennett's Church, Bennettsbridge. Interment afterwards in St. Michael's Cemetery, Danesfort.

The death has occurred of Alice Duggan (nee Phelan) Flemingstown, Glenmore, Co. Kilkenny on June 30th, in her 84th year, peacefully at Waterford University Hospital. Predeceased by her brothers Neddy, Jack, Jim and Mattie, and granddaughter Jennifer. Alice, beloved wife of Dick and mother of Mary, Richard, Donie, Margaret, Anne and Nicholas. Sadly missed by her brother Philly, grandchildren Alison, Ashley, Noah, Oisin, Caoimhe, Adam and Cathal, sons-in-law Ed and Pat, daughters-in-law Breda and Jane, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Doyle's Funeral Home, The Old Rectory, Rosbercon, from 4pm Sunday 02nd July concluding with prayers at 7.30pm.
Funeral to arrive at St. James' Church Glenmore for 12 noon Requiem Mass on Monday 03rd July followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Glenmore Golden Club, donation box at Church and Funeral Home.

The death has occurred of Pierce (Sonny) Griffith
Tullowglass, Jenkinstown, Kilkenny / Kilkenny City, Kilkenny
Pierce (Sonny) Griffith, SOS House, The Sycamores, Kilkenny and formerly of Tullowglass, Jenkinstown.
Sonny passed away peacefully on 1st July 2023 at his home. Son of he late Pierce and Mary and much loved brother of Catherine (Kit), Statia (Geo), Mary, Anne, Angela and the late Nicko. He will be greatly missed by his Family in the SOS, his sisters, brothers-in-law, nephews and nieces, grand nephews and nieces, great-grand nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his sister Anne Power's home, 29 River View, Ardnore, Kilkenny (R95 N44X) on Monday (3rd July) from 4pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 10.30am in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Jenkinstown. Burial afterwards in Conahy Cemetery.
