Tom passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital. He is predeceased by his parents Johnny and Josephine (Judy).
Tom will be very sadly missed by his children Samantha, Thomas, Tina, Darren, John, Ned, Josie, Paddy, Danny and Damien, brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces, extended family and friends.
Heartfelt condolences have been left on RIP.ie, from those who knew and fondly remembered Tom, with one mourner writing,
"Always time for a chat. I remember I gave tom very old pictures, antiques, he was delighted. I told him to bring them down to the Watergate, they use them for stage plays. Great guy, would never pass you without saying hello. Gonna miss Tom bless him. Condolences to his wonderful wife and family."
Another wrote,
"Rest in Peace Tom. Condolences to all his children and extended family. A real character."
While another wrote,
"May his gentle soul rest in peace where all going to miss you so much. Fly high till we meet again."
Funeral Arrangements
Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny on Friday, March 7, from 5pm with Prayers at 6pm followed by removal to St. Patrick's Church. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning at 11am.
