A North Kilkenny school has paid tribute to a former student with 'deep sadness' who passed away last weekend.
"It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of past student David Lahart, who died tragically last Saturday," a spokesperson for Colaiste Mhuire Johnstown said.
"David graduated in May 2025 and completed his Leaving Certificate in June.
"We extend our deepest sympathy to his parents, Ashling and Paudie, his siblings, grandparents, and his many relatives and friends," they continued.
"Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam."
