The late Fr Nicky Duggan

The death has occurred of Fr Nicky Duggan; Sacramento, California, USA and formally of Flemistown, Glenmore, Co. Kilkenny,3rd October, 2018 in his 82nd year. Deeply regretted by his loving family brothers Tom, Fr John, Dick, Mick, sisters Annie and Sr. Mary, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, friends, parishioners, Bishop James Soto, priests and religious of the Diocese of Sacramento. Requiem Mass will take place on Monday 08th October 2018 at 11am in St.Paul's Church Sacramento, California, USA followed with burial afterwards.

The late Noel Moore

The death has occurred of Noel (James) Moore,  Wildfield, Muckalee, Kilkenny / Cork City, Cork / Westport, Mayo, at University Hospital, Waterford, in the presence of his loving family. Formerly of Cork City ad Westport, Co. Mayo. Retired Sergeant An Garda Siochána, Mullinahone, Co. Tipperary and Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny.

Predeceased by his loving wife Margaret (Morrissey). Deeply regretted by his loving family, daughter Ann, sons Peter and John, daughers-in-law Kadri & Geraldine, grandchildren Darragh, Charmaine, Niamh, Eoghan, Ryan, Katie, Conor, Ellie & Jessie. Sadly missed by his brother, Fr. Sean C.Ss.R. and sisters Breda, Clare, Rose and Una, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Coady's Funeral Home, Castlecomer from 7pm on Thursday evening & 3pm on Friday. Rosary on Thursday night at 9pm. Funeral Prayers and Rosary at 7pm on Friday evening followed by removal to St. Brendan's Church, Muckalee via Wildfield. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning at 11am followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. The late Sr Sheila Nolan

The death has occurred of Sr. Sheila Nolan,  Sr. Sheila (Julia) D.C. (late of The Hermitage, Sion Road, Kilkenny) – October 4, 2018 (peacefully) at Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf. Deeply regretted by her sisters Rita Keogh (Monacurragh, Carlow) and Maura McMahon (Burnchurch, Cuffesgrange, Co. Kilkenny), sister-in-law Peggy Nolan (Weirview Drive, Stillorgan), brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and her Community of the Daughters of Charity, relatives and friends.

 Reposing at St. Catherine’s Provincial House, Dunardagh, Temple Hill, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, Sunday, October 7, prior to prayers at 5.00 p.m. Funeral Mass on Monday at 10.30 am. in St. Catherine’s followed by burial in Deansgrange Cemetery.

The late Des O'Neill

The death has occurred of Desmond (Des) O'Neill, Ballyconra, Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny 4th October 2018- Desmond (Des), (Ex Glanbia Ballyragget), peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Brookhaven Nursing Home, Ballyragget.

Predeceased by his wife Evelyn. Deeply regretted by his sons Niall, Dermot and Shane, daughter Aisling, Daughters-in-Law Greet, Lorraine, Ann, Son-in-Law Malachy, Grandchildren, Nephew, Relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Brookhaven Nursing Home from 4pm Friday 5th with Rosary at 8.30 pm. Removal Saturday morning to St. Brigid's Church, Lisdowney for 11am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in St. Finnan's Cemetery, Ballyragget.

The death has occurred of Philip Walsh,  (Little Island Cork and Mooncoin, Kilkenny): On October 4, 2018, peacefully, at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, PHILIP, late Doran-Walsh, Clogga Cottage, dearly loved husband of the late Breda and loving brother of the late Michael. Sadly missed by his cousins, relatives and friends.

 Removal at 11am on Monday next from Barry Bros. Funeral Home, Hazelwood, Glanmire to St.Joseph's Church, Little Island followed by Requiem Mass at 12 noon.Funeral afterwards to St. Joseph's Cemetery, Little Island. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu to Marymount Hospice.
