The excitement is building at Castlecomer Community School in North Kilkenny as Transition Year students prepare to take the stage for their highly anticipated production of Grease: The Musical.
Running for three consecutive evenings from Wednesday, March 26 to Friday, March 28, the show promises to be a spectacular showcase of talent, dedication, and hard work.
The students have been rehearsing since September under the expert guidance of music teachers Ms Bourke and Ms Scully, along with the dedicated Musical Committee.

Their months of effort will culminate in a vibrant performance filled with classic tunes, dazzling choreography, and unforgettable moments.
This year's production marks a special milestone - 22 years since Grease last graced the stage at CCS.
Bringing the iconic roles of Danny and Sandy to life are Amir Zouaoui and Laura Ryan, both of whom have impressed throughout rehearsals with their energy and commitment.
With a talented ensemble and a dedicated crew working tirelessly behind the scenes, the musical is set to be an unmissable event.

Audiences can expect all the beloved songs, electrifying dance numbers, and the timeless story of high school romance and friendship that have made Grease a fan favourite for generations.
The Castlecomer Community School production of Grease will take place at Castlecomer Community Hall on March 26, 27, and 28.
Tickets are priced at €15 for adults and €10 for OAPs and students. The box office can be contacted at 086 849 1502, open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12 noon. The show starts each evening at 7.30pm.
