The caring students of the Loreto Secondary School want to make sure every child who has to spend Christmas in hospital in Kilkenny will get a treat, this year.

From Monday, the Interact Club in Loreto, led by Ms Elaine O’Dwyer and Ms Alison Bird, will be hosting a toy drive.
The aim of the toy drive is to ensure that every child in St Luke’s Hospital gets a gift this Christmas.

For any student in Loreto that wishes to donate, a box will be left in the secretary’s office where they can leave their toys. Members of the public are also encouraged to donate to the collection.
