From Thomastown to Timbuktu - Treacy sisters’ religious calling

Kilkenny nuns celebrate jubilee

The wonderful lives, achievements, religious dedication and bonds of family and friendship that Margaret, Maeve and Joan have forged will be celebrated in their home county this weekend.
They will be surrounded by their brothers and sisters and will remember those who have passed away, their parents, their older sister Kathleen and their brothers Denis and Mike.

Among the family gathering will be the younger generations, nieces and nephews, cousins, and many family friends.

On Saturday evening mass will be celebrated in St Mary’s parish church at 6pm. All are welcome. Those who can’t attend in person can watch an online livestream of the mass on https://thomastownparish.ie/webcam/ This will be followed by a gathering for coffee and a chat.
On Sunday there will be a family gathering at a city hotel.
