Hebron Ventures Limited have lodged plans seeking to develop 27 residential units on a site at Main Street & New Road, Mooncoin, County Kilkenny.
A mix of semi-detached and terraced housing is planned, as well as a single-storey community housing building.
Also sought is the provision of vehicular site access from Main Street and pedestrian site access from New Road as well as internal roads and footpaths,, surface level car parking, public lighting, landscaping, public open space, boundary treatments, provision of foul and surface water disposal, refuse storage, bicycle storage and all associated site works.
The planning application is currently awaiting validation from Kilkenny County Council.
