Kilkenny County Council will provide a traffic management crew from 9.30am on Friday to enable local volunteers undertake a clean-up of litter southwards from Mullinavat along the R448 (old N9). Volunteers must be over 15 years old and have high visibility vests and gloves. Litter pickers and bags will be provided.
The annual spring clean around Mullinavat and Bigwood and the approach roads will be held from 9.30am on Saturday. All assistance welcome.
