Kilkenny mother appalled at dog fouling in local village

A local mother has heavily criticised the amount of dog fouling she is seeing while walking to and from the school in Ballyhale village, expressing dissatisfaction at what is becoming an increasing issue in County Kilkenny.

St Patrick's GAA Club in Ballyragget, said the issue is causing 'hygiene concerns' for club members using their pitches and threatened to ban dogs if it continued.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Newpark FC said people who allow their dog 'to do his or her business' on their pitch should be 'absolutely ashamed'.
