Plans for a new graveyard in County Kilkenny (File Photo)
Planning permission is being sought for a 'new graveyard and car park' in County Kilkenny.
The Rower Graveyard Committee have submitted a planning application to Kilkenny County Council seeking the above as well as permission for 'all associated site works located to the rear of the west boundary of the church of the Assumption, The Rower'.
The planning application was received by Kilkenny County Council on March 29, 2025.

It is currently awaiting validation from the local authority.
Subject to validation, a decision will be expected from Kilkenny County Council by May 23, 2025.
