Sean Ryan Memorial Run draws big crowd for a worthy cause

The Sean Ryan Memorial Run, organised by the Mooncoin Vintage Club, proved to be a resounding success, with all proceeds going to support the vital work of the Mooncoin Cancer Support Group.

Participants embarked on the 80km scenic journey that began at The Royal Oak in Rathkieran and wound its way through Fiddown, Portlaw, Rathgormack, Carrick-on-Suir, and finally Mooncoin.

The event drew an impressive array of vehicles, from vintage jeeps and classic cars to scooters, motorcycles, and even tricycles - showcasing the community’s passion for motoring heritage.

The festivities didn’t end at the finish line. Attendees were treated to live music, delicious food, and refreshing drinks, creating a lively and heart-warming atmosphere. It was a day filled with camaraderie, celebration, and generosity - truly enjoyed by all.
