Bennettsbridge area to set up Text Alert scheme
An attempt is being made to set up a text alert programme for the Bennettsbridge area.
This community facility is proving to be very successful in other towns and it would be very beneficial to have this support in the village. It is hoped to have a meeting in the near future to discuss the details of getting it up and running.
The meeting would be addressed by a text alert member who will explain the necessary procedures in setting up the project. A very successful text alert Programme has been in existence in Danesfort for some time, managed by Frank Kavanagh.
