JOBS ALERT: Impact Training seeks tutors in Kilkenny/Carlow region for immediate start

Impact Training is an approved Contracted Training Provider for Kilkenny Carlow ETB. We deliver a broad range of training in sectors such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, Accounts/Payroll, Engineering and Business Management Skills.

We are currently expanding our team of tutors in the Kilkenny/ Carlow region and have an immediate requirement for the following tutor vacancies: 

• Manual & Computerised Accounts/Payroll Tutor
• Life Sciences/Manufacturing Tutor
• Career Planning Tutor

Job Purpose: 
Tutors are responsible for the training and development of all learners on their programme in accordance with the agreed training programme specification, together with the day-to-day management and maintenance of all aspects of the programme.

Minimum Education & Skills required: 

• A relevant pedagogical/training qualification e.g., Train the Trainer
• Experience of training which reflects a learner-centred model
• Excellent IT skills to support learners in a blended and or classroom-based learning environment
• Must be able to demonstrate that they are occupationally competent and technically knowledgeable in the areas for which they are delivering training 
• A relevant technical qualification as a minimum one step higher than the certification awarded on the programme 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, administration skills
