Technical Sales & Support Executive Kilkenny City

Optimize Recruitment are proud to be partnering with Duggan Profiles Ltd - a leading supplier of steel
roofing products to the construction industry. Our client is looking to expand and add to their team in their Industrial and Residential products division.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in the Kilkenny city office.

Key responsibilities will include: Sales Cycle & Order processing: Managing the entire cycle from enquiry to closing the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout

Client Relations: Build and maintain client relationships with architects, contractors, and other
construction professionals

Technical Support: Provide Technical product knowledge and technical support to both clients
and the internal sales team

Key Requirements:

Industry experience: Experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction sector

Technical Competence: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or experience with
CAD is highly desirable

Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-
term relationships

Customer Centric Approach: Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
