Kilkenny manager Derek Lyng has released his matchday squad for tomorrow afternoon's Leinster Championship Final with Galway and there's no place for the injured Adrian Mullen.
The Shamrocks clubman is recovering from a fractured thumb that he picked up in the win over Wexford but in better news there's a first start in 2023 for Mikey Carey after he returned from travelling a few months ago.
As well as Carey, Richie Reid and Paddy Deegan both return to the team and they form the midfield partnership while Mikey Butler and Mossy Keoghan are both named to start after fending off injury scares.
Kilkenny also have a hugely experienced bench at their disposal with the likes of Walter Walsh, Cillian Buckley, Richie Hogan, Conor Fogarty and Padraig Walsh available to come on to add to the possible impact of under 20 stars Billy Drennan and Timmy Clifford.
Derek Lyng will be aiming to win his first piece of silverware as Kilkenny boss while at the same time, the Cats will also be chasing a fourth Leinster crown on the trot.
Throw-in from Croke Park is at 4pm and the game is live on RTE 2 Television.
