Nowlan Park
After the cancellation of the JJ Kavanagh and Sons senior football championship final involving Mullinavat and Thomastown a couple of weeks ago, an agreement has been made to fix the decider for Friday, June 30 at UPMC Nowlan Park where there will be a 7.30pm throw-in.
The final will be a repeat of the 2022 decider which saw Mullinavat emerge victorious and they will be going in search of a fourth championship success in five years.
In other football news, the Kilkenny senior team will again take part in the All-Ireland junior championship semi-finals when they take on London in Abbotstown on Friday, July 14.
The other last four clash involves New York and Warwickshire with the final scheduled for Croke Park two days later ahead of the second senior football semi-final.
