Kilkenny clubs learn fate as FAI Junior Cup draw is made

Dreams of national glory can start in earnest for a number of clubs in the Kilkenny & District League after the draws were made for the opening rounds of the FAI Junior Cup.
The competition, the biggest amateur cup competition in the country, will see clubs from all over Ireland gear up for a crack at the silverware, with games getting underway on the week ending Sunday, September 24.
