Kilkenny GAA- Draws made for next round of Junior and Intermediate Hurling Championship

Danesfort were the big winners this afternoon as they booked their place in the semi-finals of the Intermediate Hurling Championship with a thrilling penalty success over Rower Inistioge.

Paddy Hogan, Richie Hogan and Darragh Coverdale netted the winning penalties for the 'Fort in a game that finished 1-22 apiece after extra-time.

The 2022 Intermediate winners will now meet Young Irelands in the last four after the Gowran club got the better of Blacks and Whites.

The second semi-final will be contested by league winners Lisdowney and Mooncoin in what will be a repeat of the subsequent fixture a year ago.

Lisdowney had three points to spare in a 0-20 to 1-14 success over St Martin's while Mooncoin impressively got the better of Tullogher Rosbercon on a 1-22 to 0-16 scoreline.

There was also two games in Section A of the JJ Kavanagh and Sons Junior Hurling Championship as Galmoy and Graignamanagh sealed their place in the Quarter-Finals .
