Niall Bergin's team go into the game with a Leinster title already in their backpocket after claiming five wins from five but this will be a big step up as they face a Waterford team who were narrowly defeated by Cork in the Munster Final.
The Deise warmed up for the game when they overcame Limerick in Thurles last weekend and the Cats will need to bring a big performance if they are to advance to a second successive All-Ireland decider.
The second semi-final is an all Munster meeting of Cork and Clare where FBD Semple Stadium is the venue on Sunday June 15th.
