Kilkenny manager Tommy Shefflin has made a number of changes for today's Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Senior Camogie championship group 2 clash with Galway.

Michelle Teehan, Sophie Holden and Sarah Barcoe all come into the starting lineup with the Cats knowing that a positive result will assure themselves of a place in the Quarter-Finals.

Only a win will keep the Noresiders in contention for an automatic spot in a Nowlan Park semi-final but they will come into this game in confident fashion after a big didplay against Dublin the last day out.

Group 2 looks far more straightforward than Group 1, with three teams level at the top on six points. This game pitches second against third on score difference, but this is Kilkenny’s last game and they have already lost to Waterford, while Galway possess a 100% record.

If Waterford beat Dublin in the other game, these two will be assured of qualification but this result will be significant with direct progression to the semi-final, or seeding in the quarter-finals at stake.

Kilkenny team to face Galway- Aoife Norris; Michelle Teehan, Tiffanie Fitzgerald, Ciara Phelan; Niamh Deely, Laura Murphy, Caoimhe Dowling; Aobhe O'Gorman, Laura Greene; Mary O'Connell, Steffi Fitzgerald, Sarah Barcoe; Aoife Prendergast, Katie Power, Sophie Holden.

Subs- Ali Kennedy, Miriam Bambrick, Danielle Quigley, Ava Brett, Kellyann Doyle, Caoimhe Keher-Murtagh, Asha McHardy, Maria Brennan, Katie Nolan, Carlise Comerford, Sophie O'Dwyer, Mairead Kennedy, Niamh Crowley, Sinead O'Keeffe, Claire Doheny.
