Kilkenny GAA- Piltown on top in high-scoring Junior C decider

Piltown’s Junior C hurlers beat Lisdowney in a high-scoring hurling league final at St John’s Park.

Lisdowney led by a point at halftime, 3-5 to 1-10, but two second half goals from the North Kilkenny side made the difference as Piltown went on to win by four points.

Both sides had been close to winning the C league in recent years, Piltown in 2022 and Lisdowney last year.
