Kilkenny football squad confirmed ahead of All-Irelad Junior Championship

The Cats face London in Abbotstown at 7pm this evening

Kilkenny senior football manager Christy Walsh has revealed his 38 man squad ahead of this evening's All-Ireland Junior Championship Semi-Final against London in Abbotstown.

The Cats selection shows a number of familiar hurling faces including former inter-county star Walter Walsh as the Noresiders aim for a return to a final they last appeared in 2023.

Kilkenny will fancy their chances against London's second choice selection and the game is part of a double header at the Dublin venue tonight.

The Kilkenny and London game has a 7pm start and is preceded by the all overseas meeting of New York and Warwickshire.

Both games are screened on the TG4 Sport Youtube channel and a massive prize awaits the winners with the final taking place in Croke Park on Sunday afternoon at 1.30pm in advance of the All-Ireland Semi-Final between Meath and Donegal which is set to attract an almost sold out crowd.
