The Kilkenny senior hurling team begin their quest to win a seventh Leinster Senior title on the trot this evening when they face Galway in Pearse Stadium, Salthill at 4.30pm.
Derek Lyng's Cats are on a revenge mission as they look to overturn an 18 point league defeat to the same opposition from six weeks ago and a big crowd is expected at the Galway venue.
The game will be broadcast live on GAA + with coverage beginning at 3.30pm and it forms part of a double-header of live games with the meeting of Offaly and Dublin in Tullamore commencing afterwards at 6.30pm.
