Temperatures in the east of the country could reach up to 20°C this weekend, according to forecaster Alan O'Reilly of Carlow Weather.
"Temperatures climbing again from Friday and up to 19°C or 20°C for Saturday and both days mainly dry with good sunny spells," he told followers.
"Best of the sunshine Saturday will be in the East with a nice day.
"A risk of rain moving in from the west on Sunday but timing a little uncertain yet."
