A status yellow 'low temperature/ice' warning has been issued Kilkenny, Carlow, Kildare, Laois, Longford, Louth, Meath, Offaly, Westmeath, Wicklow, Cavan, Donegal, Monaghan, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Connacht.
The warning comes into effect on Thursday at 6pm until Friday at 12pm.
According to Met Éireann, it's to get 'very cold with temperatures expected to fall below -3 degrees in many areas'.
"Frost and ice developing will cause hazardous travelling conditions," they added.
