Two trees have fallen onto the road this evening just past the creamery in Tullaroan heading for Lisnalea.
The update comes as Storm Jocelyn wreaks havoc across the county, leaving some households in North Kilkenny without power.
Cllr Michael Delaney has thanked Kilkenny County Council and Freshford Fire Brigade for their sharp response to deal with the fallen trees, stating that the road will be cleared shortly.
