Niamh Kavanagh shines in Mount Carmel in Callan with Mobile Music's Machine

Care home residents delighted with renditions of classics

Singer Niamh Kavanagh delivered a captivating performance at Mount Carmel recently, supported by Mobile Music's Machine and Kilkenny County Council.

The event featured a selection of tracks from various shows, including renditions of classics like Moon River and Somewhere Over the Rainbow.

Niamh charmed the audience with her emotive interpretations of beloved songs. Her performance drew listeners into a world of music and storytelling.

Accompanying Niamh on stage was the cellist Gerald Perrigan and on guitar was Drazen. Together, Niamh, Drazen and Gerald created a seamless musical fusion that resonated with all in attendance.

The collaboration between Niamh Kavanagh, Mobile Music's Machine, and Kilkenny County Council exemplified the power of music to unite communities and uplift spirits. Through their collective efforts, they brought joy and inspiration to all who experienced the evening's performance.

The concert would not have gone ahead without the support of Majella Keating, Creative Communities Engagement Officer, In Kilkenny Count Council and the Mobile Music Machine.
