A Kilkenny woman is heading up the fifth annual Menopause Success Summit, which takes place on October 19 in Dublin, and will focus on reassuring and empowering women in menopause, perimenopause and post-menopause.

Author of ‘All you Need to Know about Menopause’, Catherine O’Keeffe, a Kilkenny native, is the summit’s founder. Since its inception, the event has been a way to bring women together as a community, offering support for sometimes difficult or even debilitating menopausal symptoms.
The Menopause Success Summit will feature a lineup of expert speakers and women from all over Ireland for a day of knowledge and inspiration.

Taking place at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire, just a day on from World Menopause Day, the event will offer practical advice on HRT, movement, nutrition, weight management and other lifestyle topics for women with menopausal symptoms.
