The President of ICMSA, Kilkenny farmer Denis Drennan, has issued an open invitation to any Kilkenny farm visitors to this year’s Ploughing to call in to the officers and staff of the association at the association’s centrally located stand: Row 9, Stand Number 198.
Mr Drennan said that as part of commitment to mark the 75th Anniversary of the Association’s founding – in which Kilkenny farmers played such a decisive role – the Stand will offer “hot tea and cool logical advice” for any farming connected problems.
“We have endless tea, coffee and biscuits available, and the occasion represents a superb opportunity to meet, chat and discuss farming problems with experts who absolutely will be able to help.
“Kilkenny farmers have always played a pivotal role in ICMSA – the county has provided two presidents - and we hope to see many members and their families over the three days.”
