Hugely popular Kilkenny man celebrates milestone birthday!

The Kilkenny branch of the Irish Wheelchair Association was in fine form over the weekend as members gathered at Claddagh Court to celebrate a very special milestone, the 40th birthday of long-standing member John Grace.

“Join us in wishing a happy 40th birthday to long-standing Kilkenny IWA member, John Grace,” the organisation shared in a post marking the occasion.

John, who has been an active member of the IWA community for years, had one simple wish for his big day - to celebrate surrounded by his friends at IWA.

As the photos above show, he got exactly that, with a room full of smiles, chat, and laughter.

The celebration was made even more memorable thanks to Koli, one of the IWA’s staff members, who donned his chef’s hat for the day.
