Kilkenny man appointed to significant diplomatic position

James Bradshaw from Westcourt, Callan has been appointed as Politics and Europe Officer at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Ireland.

After studying Politics in the University of Limerick and completing an MA in Journalism, he worked as a teacher for several years in the Middle East before returning to Ireland and completing an MA in Public Policy in University College Dublin.

During this time, he worked as a researcher in Dáil Éireann.

James has spent the last six years working in a leading Public Relations/Public Affairs agency in Dublin, where he advised clients from across a range of sectors including energy, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and FMCG.

The Embassy of the Netherlands in Ireland stated that they are 'delighted' to have James aboard their team.
