Prize giveaways, BBQ, special guests and more this Friday and Saturday at Callan Co-op!

To celebrate the launch of Callan Co-op Homevalue and their new look store, two days of spectacular and fun-filled events will be held this Friday (March 31) and Saturday (April 1)!

The Callan Co-op team will be officially launching their new look store with a grand opening on Friday and visitors are more than welcome to stop by, have a browse and enjoy some refreshments.

Agri experts will be in-store offering free advice and special offers on a range of services from animal health issues to soil analysis to seed varieties and lots more.

There will also be an in-store giveaway of a Keter shed worth €1,700.

On the following day, Saturday, April 1, an amazing line-up of family fun events, activities, giveaways and special guests are planned.

See schedule below:

  • 10-12 NOON: KLCR with Edward Hayden broadcasting live in store with loads of giveaways through the morning
  • 10 – 1PM: Meet Derek Maloney, Product Champion from Crown Paints for tips and advice on your next painting project
  • 11 – 2PM: Gardening questions or just plots and plans? Come along to meet Aimee Moore, founder of Botanical Graphics and one of the five designers on RTE’s Super Garden last year. Bring a photo of your garden, she will be here throughout the day to help give you ideas for your amazing gardens
  • 12 - 2PM: Kilkenny Camogie Stars
  • 12 - 3PM: Customer BBQ
  • 12 - 3PM: Face Painting
  • 12 - 3PM: Come and meet the Dulux Dog
  • 1 - 4PM: Spin & Win
