The N24 at Piltown, Co. Kilkenny will be closed to traffic from 9pm Friday, June 23, to 5am, Monday, June 26, from its junction with the LP1038 at the Ink Bottle, Belline to its junction with the R698 at Fiddown.
Eastbound traffic will exit the N24 at Belline (Ink Bottle junction) and travel via LP1038, R698 and re-join the N24 at Fiddown.
Westbound traffic will exit the N24 at Fiddown and travel via R698, LP1038 and re-join the N24 at Belline (Ink Bottle junction).
Diversions will be in place and will be clearly signposted.
This closure is necessary to facilitate works being undertaken as part of the N24 Tower Road Junction Improvement Scheme.
