Castlecomer Demesne Company Ltd are seeking planning permission for development at Castlecomer Discovery Park, The Estate Yard, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny.
The development (within the curtilage of a protected structure RPS Reference C853 & C510) is to consist of an 8.5km bike trail.
The bike trail is to be between 0.8 – 2.2 m wide including surface and boundary treatment, signage and all associated works within Castlecomer Demesne.
The development is to be carried out within an overall site area of 26.1 ha.
A decision on the plans is due by October 9, 2023.
