A north Kilkenny chipper that was closed down by the HSE has been given permission to reopen.
Macari's on Main Street, Johnstown, was issued with the closure order because it was in breach of the FSAI Act of 1998, the Food Safety Authority reported on November 17.
As of yesterday, November 27, the take away has been granted permission to reopen and the closure order has been lifted.
No other details for the closure order are currently available from the Food Safety Authority.
