Talbotsinch Ltd are seeking planning permission for the construction of a single-storey takeaway coffee kiosk at Ormonde Business Park, Middleknock, Kilkenny.
Also sought is permission for all associated site works including foul and surface water drainage for a period of ten years.
The application is currently in the pre-validation stage with Kilkenny County Council.
Once validated, a decision will be due by February 1, 2024.
