The glass panes that fell were from a window on the top floor
The post office on High Street in Kilkenny was forced to close earlier this afternoon as heavy gusts from Storm Agnes caused two window panes to fall.
The panes smashed onto High Street but thankfully nobody was injured and post office staff quickly tidied it up.
Barriers have now been placed in front of the post office as a precaution.
