Permission has been granted for the construction of six one-bed and six two-bed apartment units at Green Street, Callan, County Kilkenny.
Also sought in the application were site development works including modifications to the existing car park to the rear of SuperValu.
The site is located within the Callan Architectural Conservation Area.
The application was submitted back in June of last year and the decision to approve the plans, following a period of further information, was made on March 7, 2024.
