Works carried out at a rural junction in Kilkenny have “made a huge difference" to local motorists, according to a local county councillor.
“Thanks for the quick action in Ballyhale,” Cllr Deirdre Cullen said to Area Engineer Declan Murphy, referring to issues she had raised at a previous meeting of the council.
Work that was carried out by Kilkenny County Council at the Kiltorcan junction has made a huge difference to people living in the area, she added.
