Glamour and glitz will be all the rage at the Rivercourt Hotel later this year when a fashion show takes place in aid of Diabetes Ireland.

The fundraiser is being organised by Natalie Grant and will take place at 3pm on November 9.

“In addition to the fashion show, I will be participating in the Great Wall of China Trek, a challenging 36-kilometre journey over nine days. This trek is more than a personal challenge—it is a mission to raise awareness and crucial funds for Diabetes Ireland.

“The funds raised from both the fashion show and the trek will directly benefit the vital work Diabetes Ireland does in supporting individuals and families affected by diabetes,” she said.

Diabetes affects millions of people worldwide, including many in our own community. The funds raised through these events will directly benefit Diabetes Ireland’s crucial work in research, advocacy, and support services, helping to improve the lives of those living with diabetes,” she added.

The trek takes place in November 25 and Natalie has numerous other fundraising events in the pipeline including a kids bake-off with Anne Neary, a Quiz Night and bag packing.
