William Moore is just four years old and has been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a rare disease that causes muscles to deteriorate over time.

Most children with this condition lose the ability to walk before their teens, however, there is hope for William as he is eligible for treatment in the US but at an enormous cost.

Sean and Cillian are doing their bit to help William with an exciting cycling challenge on the cards.

"We're taking on this challenge to support William and help his family reach that goal. Along the way, we'll be documenting our journey on TikTok @Trekkingeast to raise awareness and keep the momentum going," the pair posted to social media.

"All proceeds go directly to William," they added. - DONATE HERE
