End of an era as Kilkenny postman retires after 30 years of service

A Kilkenny community has paid tribute to outgoing postman Billy Barnaville who called time on a decorated career in recent weeks.

Billy served as postman in the Conahy area for over 30 years and a presentation was made to him in Conahy Shamrocks Clubhouse on Friday night by parishioners as a small thank you for his long service to the locality.
