Kilkenny County Council have announced plans to convert The Motte Field and Abbey Meadow in Callan into a brand new community park.
Known as the 'Callan Outdoor Amenity Masterplan,' a public consultation will be held at 7pm on Wednesday, January 21 at the Callan Parish Hall.
"Public consultation evenings are taking place to ensure that the Masterplan best serves the needs of the local community," a spokesperson for Kilkenny County Council said.
