People across North Kilkenny have sent congratulations to Fiona Bynane Power who graduated from University of Limerick with First Class Honours and now becomes a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics.
Fiona is a daughter of Martin and Marian Power and granddaughter of Peggy and late John Power Hillside View, Castlecomer.
There were celebrations for the family on the double for Martin who is Senior Lecturer in History Politics and Social Studies in UL who also had 12 graduated himself on the day.
