The north Kilkenny village of Clogh took home an extra seven points this year for a total of 276.
Additional points were gained in all categories bar one. The walking track, local wildlife, and the national school's fourth Green Flag were all praised.
“It is clear that you have great support from your fellow, local community groups such as Clogh Residents’ Association, Clogh Community Council and Cloneen GAA,” said judges.
