MANAGE YOUR LIFE BY MANAGING YOUR MIND - Presented by Dr. Fergus Heffernan on Monday the 15th April OR Tuesday the 23rd April 2013. This is a FREE workshop hosted by the First Arts Programme on the Kilkenny Campus of NUI Maynooth, College Rd, Kilkenny. This workshop will show us how to keep mentally fit, and how to tap into our minds power – so that we can enjoy our lives to the fullest.
Most of us are so engaged in life and all its anxieties that we can find it very difficult to differentiate our own issues from other peoples issues, and this is having a profound negative effect on our physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. The workshop will help us learn in a very practical and fun filled way how to have more contentment in life, by managing ourselves and our time, and freeing ourselves from fears and consistent worries. Who should attend: Senior Level Students, (their Parents), Guidance Counsellors and Mature, FETAC students interested in developing skills that will support the transition to College life. A CAO Information session will take place following the above event.
