I am taking part in the Sean Kelly Heritage cycle on Sunday next. I am raising sponsorship for the Irish Kidney Association as my wife Moira had a Kidney transplant over 2 years ago. It has been almost 10 years since I competed in any of those cycles, two weeks ago I took part in a 60k event, so I am now fit enough for 100km.
