October Family Mass: Will be on this Sunday October 5th in Glengoole aat 10am and Gortnahoe at 11.15am. Theme is devotion to and praying The Rosary. Make sure all families are present with their children’s pictures.

Our Parish Into The Future Course : Thanks to all who are taking part in the Course in St.Patricks College,Thurles. It commences this Wednesday October 2nd from 7.30 to 9.30. It continues for the five Wednesday nights during October .

Thanks : Sincerest thanks to all who providad Scrap Metal for the collection for Glengoole Hall last Saturday. It was a great success, reaching the value of €1,250.00.

October Priests Collection: Will be taken up this Sunday. All contributions are essential at this time to meet the demands of the parish. The usual collectors are kindly asked to attend.

First Thursday: Glengoole Mass in Latin at 7.p.m.

First Friday: Glengoole Mass at 7.p.m. and Gortnahoe at 8.p.m.

Gortnahoe-Glengoole G.A.A. Club: Will hold their annual Church Gate Collection this week-end 4th and 5th October at all Masses. All support would be greatly appreciated.

Li ve A Healthier Lifestyle: Shape Up,Get fit, and lose wight by joining our new and exciting exercise classes, designed for all abilities. Everiiy Tuesday and Thursday at Glengoole Hall at 7.30. Contact Nicola Harding at 086 3249226.

Progressive 25 Drive: In aid of St.Kevins National School,Littleton will take place on Wednesday October 9th in Muintir Na Tire Hall,Littleton at 8.30. Tickets €10.00. Prize Fund €1,000.

Monster Auction in St.Marys Hall Johnstown: In aid of Kilcooley Union of Parishes on Sunday October 13th,viewing from 1.00 Auction commences at 3.p.m. Wonderful value in firewood and household items.
